Jersey Live 2015

The dates for the 12th Jersey Live are confirmed (subject to licence) as Saturday 5th  and Sunday 6th September 2015.

The site's opening and closing hours are midday to midnight on Saturday and midday to 11pm on Sunday. Subject to the organisers gaining the Bailiff’s permission.

The Jerseylive Festival is an indie/dance festival staged in the Royal Jersey Showgrounds, Jersey, in the Channel Islands, off the coast of France.

Line-up

The first acts confirmed are Saturday headliners The Vaccines, and Sunday headliners Rudimental, plus George Ezra, Clean Bandit, Leftfield (DJ Set), M.A.N.D.Y., Years And Years, Cast, Slaves, Circa Waves, The Bohicas, Wolf Alice, Palma Violets, The Proclaimers, Stereo MC's, Sunset Sons, Pretty Vicious, Route94, Claptone, Blonde, Friend Within, Psychemagik, Shift K3y, Bontan, Mineo, and more.

Early bird tickets have sold out. A Standard priced (13+) weekend ticket is priced at £95, a day ticket is priced at £62.50, a child (Aged 12 years and under) weekend ticket is priced at £30, and a child day ticket is priced at £20. There are also hospitality weekend ticket options available.

Coach Single Day: £5. There are also hospitality weekend ticket options available.

Children's charity

Jersey Live supprts a children's charity each year, meaning that a charity will benefit from receiving a charitable donation from children's tickets sold at the festival.

Disabled facilities

There are toilets and easy access to all areas. Guide dogs are the only animals permitted on site.

The site

The 10,000 capacity festival boasts five stages in total: The Main Stage, Dance Stage hosting stellar indie and dance acts, with the JT Stage hosting local and up-and-coming international bands, and the Hospitality Stage. The Kids Field Big Top Stage will host children’s entertainers, expect to see acts as diverse as cbeebies, animal man, magician’s and much much more!

There's also a fairground, food village, craft stalls, face painters, candyfloss, smoothies, hot dogs….and the like.

New additions to the festival this year are the Kids Field and Par 4; the Par 4 area was introduced in 2012 but this year combined with the Kids Field will be larger than ever with children’s entertainers, circus performers, comedy acts and theatrical installations forming this magical corner of the festival. The Kids Field and Par 4 replaces the Folklore Stage, which was introduced at last year’s festival and hosted live music, spoken word and comedy. 

This year for kids there's storytelling from The Roald Dahl Museum with interactive performances of his famous ‘Revolting Rhymes & Dirty Beasts’, as well as being entertained by magician, musician and comedian Fred’s Flying Circus. There's also some unusual decor including a 30-foot long whale , inside which is a museum of deep sea wonders! Plus Shlomo returns with his Beatboxing Adventure for Kids show.

Note

No glass, umbrellas, tents, chairs, bottles, cans, containers, alcohol or food is permitted at the festival. Water up to 500ml per person is permitted. CCTV cameras will be in operation around the festival site.

This a a non camping event, security will remove anybody camping in the area. There are registered campsites available.

Shuttle coach

There is a shuttle coach service running round trips to the festival from People's Park in St Helier. There is parking for 800 cars but organisers strongly recommend that festival goers use the shuttle coach service.
