Keynsham Music Festival 2012

Keynsham Music Festival is an annual FREE music and arts event with an audience of 10,000. One of the last free festivals in the South West, and takes place at Keynsham Memorial Park, in Bath on the first Sunday in July.

Line-up

Top Stage: Nosey Parker, Trish Brown, Gavin Osborn, Bigtopp, Three Kings High, Waitress for the Bees, Some Velvet Morning, Troy Ellis & the Hail Jamaica Reggae Band.

Co-operative Fair Trade Stage: Dada Shango, Danielle Celeste, Victoria Klewin and the Truetones, Holika, Anima Circus, Rainy and the Dust.

Time Out Stage: The Retrospecs, The Great Natives, Future Pilots, Why Kill Ian, All about Flux, and Hope Remains Lost.

Performance Stage: Clown Bert, Tea For Two, Professor Palmeroff, Choirjam, Klogs, and Keynsham Youth Theatre.

The Keynsham Music Festival has now been going for 13 years and attracts some of the best unsigned bands in the region. The free festival has four stages and supports local bands, around Bath and Bristol.

On site

The festival also has a creative arena where professional artists give free workshops to children and their families, interesting stalls, delicious, quality, locally sourced food, and local ales and ciders.

Donation

The festival in the park is free but they do ask for a donation.

Accommodation

This event does not have camping but there are a number of hotels, hostels and guest houses in the area.
