Lancaster Music Festival 2010

The second annual Lancaster Music Festival is held on the weekend of Friday 8th until Sunday 10th October 2010 at more than thirty venues in Lancaster, Lancashire. Most of these events will be free.

Line-up

More than 100 acts will play in over 200 showcases with 8 Music Themes (festivals within the festival).

Venues

There will be over thirty venues and organisations and dozens of local and out of town bands celebrating Lancaster's great musical talent and diversity to provide a wide variety of music, along with industry showcases and workshops.

The venues are within easy walking distance of each other and are located mostly in the city centre. There are plenty of accommodation options, as well as places to eat and drink in Lancaster, and the festival is very centrally located.

Wherever possible the music will be powered using sustainable means.
