LeeStock, the annual charity music festival returns for its fifth year on Sunday 3rd June 2012 at AFC Sudbury, Kings Marsh, Sudbury, in Suffolk.

Starting in 2006, LeeStock was born when a bunch of Lee's friends wanted to put on a tribute gig in the memory of Lee Dunford who had sadly passed away earlier that year. The gig was a rip-roaring success, very well attended as be-fitting someone as popular as Lee.

Line-up

The complete line-up is Wheatus, D:Ream, Nigel Clark (Dodgy), Mark Morriss (The Bluetones), The Crimson Dixies, Ideals, Lemonparty, Sons Of Icarus, The Tom Sanderson Band, Howl Griff, Two Steps Twice, and the Sudbury Upper School Battle Of The Bands Winner. Babybird have had to cancel their appearance.

Tickets

Tickets are priced at £20, with children aged under 12 able to attend free of charge. To buy tickets, click here.

Charity

The festival raises money for charity - The Willow Foundation which is the only charity of its kind providing special days for 16 to 40 year olds.

Getting there

Sudbury itself is easily accesible by car, train and bus. The market town is located between Colchester and Bury St Edmunds with Ipswich around 35 minutes away by car. There is a train station which shuttles towards Marks Tey with connections then to Colchester and London Liverpool Street. Bus services run daily throughout the area with good links to Bury St Edmunds, Colchester, Ipswich, Haverhill, Halstead, Long Melford, Glemsford and most other villages in the area.

Camping

This event does not have camping but there are a number of hotels, hostels and guest houses in the area. The Willowmere camp site just outside Sudbury in Great Cornard is recommended, and festival goers should mention LeeStock when booking.

More information will be here when available.
