The Liverpool Summer Pops in a month long music festival that takes place throughout July 2007, and will be held at the 4500 capacity Aintree Pavilion Arena, at Aintree Racecourse.

The event is presented by The Liverpool Echo, and has played host to acts such as Sir Elton John, Paul McCartney, The Who, James Brown, Paul Simon, Bob Dylan, Diana Ross, Jools Holland, Tom Jones, Bryan Ferry, Westlife, Alice Cooper, Julio Iglesias, Sugababes, ZZ Top, Eric Clapton, Pet Shop Boys, Corinne Bailey Rae, Bryan Adams and Il Divo.

This year sees a mix of the old and the new, with acts like Girls Aloud, McFly, and the Sugababes all on the line-up, as well as Van Morrison, The Pretenders, and Bryan Adams.
