Liverpool Music Week is billed as the UK's largest indoor winter music festival and will be staging over 50 events, across 16 venues and will play host to over 250 live bands. The festival format is a combination of ticketed shows and free shows, with artists including the UK's biggest live acts as well as new emerging talent.

Liverpool Music Week features music from every genre imaginable including indie, rock, electronic, funk, soul, latin, nu wave, jazz, and world music and this year is no different. There will be over 50 events, at 16 venues and over 250 live bands showcased.
As well as staging a huge agenda of live music events, Liverpool Music Week will also be running a series of panels and seminars featuring some of the UK's music industry movers & shakers who will come together to discuss issues and opportunities within the sector and to offer advice and support to a range of related music businesses, artists and individuals with a desire to enter the music industry.
This year's Educational Programme in association with SAE will be holding panels with key members of the music sector, giving people the opportunity to learn more about the various aspects of the business. The itinerary includes The Art of Mixing, In Session with NilaMusic, The Ableton Road Show (2 workshops), and Synthesis and Sound Design - An Introspective.
