The seventh annual Mouth of the Tyne Festival takes place from Friday 8th to Sunday 10th July 2011.
Line-up
Highlights include three music concerts held at Tynemouth Priory & Castle, in North Tyneside from Beverley Knight, Alexandra Burke, and Scouting for Girls.Tynemouth Priory
Friday: Beverley Knight, and Alexandra Burke.Saturday: Scouting for Girls.
Sunday: The Buzzcocks, Neville Staple Band, Smoove and Turrell, Martin Stephenson, and Fuel Fandango.
Playhouse Whitley Bay
Thursday: Frank Turner.Friday: Kathryn Williams.

Tickets
Many events are free.Tickets for Tynemouth Priory on Friday are priced at £25, and Saturday at Tynemouth Priory is priced at £20, to buy tickets to these events, click here .
Tickets for the Tynemouth Priory afternoon concert with The Buzzcocks are priced at £2.50 for adults, £1 for children over five and £5 for a family ticket (two adults and up to two children). They can be purchased at libraries across North Tyneside as well as North Shields Tourist Information Centre. Tickets are strictly limited and fans are urged to book early to avoid disappointment.
Frank Turner at the Playhouse Whitley Bay tickets are priced at £16, and Kathryn Williams at the Playhouse Whitley Bay tickets are priced at £12.50 and are available at www.playhousewhitleybay.co.uk or by calling 0844 277 2771.
