Pagan Pride is a FREE event which takes place in Nottingham on Sunday 5th of August 2012. The parade is open to all witchie folk of all paths, wear robes, bring banners pennants dress as fairy's and green men. Organisers are asking sponsors, moots, gatherings, and covens to come and take part.

Line-up

Main stage: Luxury Stranger, Celtarabia, Scaramanaga Six, Nimming Ned and Second Head.
Acoustic stage: Serpentyne, Lee Burns and Fae Brotherhood, Green Fortune and Anthony Greenwood.

Starting at 10.30am in the Market Square, Pagans from around the country will walk together through Nottingham City Centre, making their way to the City Arboretum where, from 12 midday to 6pm, a free Pagan festival of live music, speakers, stalls and activities for the young and old.

In addition to a schedule of live music, dance performances and workshops, there are three speakers' areas, including talks from Cat Treadwell, Taz Thornton, Esme Knight and Jay Lakhani of the Hindu Academy. Other highlights include an open drumming circle, the Nottingham Storytellers and a family fun area with facepainting, games and craft activities, craft stalls, food court and Castle Rock's festival real ale bar.

This event does not have camping but there are a number of hotels, hostels and guest houses in the area.
