Audley End Summer Concerts 2013

English Heritage has announced that the Summer Picnic Concerts at Audley End House and Gardens will go ahead as usual this summer. The English Heritage Summer Picnic Concerts at Audley End in Saffron Walden, Essex, take place on back to back weekends 0n Saturday 3rd & Sunday 4th August, and Saturday 10th & Sunday 11th August 2013.

Enjoy a summer evening at one of the English Heritage Summer Picnic Concerts. Gather a group of friends and family and enjoy the music, relaxed atmosphere and breathtaking setting. It is a unique way to spend a Saturday summer's evening.

Line-up

The programme for 2013 is planned as follows:
Saturday 3rd August: The Greatest 80's Party... Ever! with '80s artists Kim Wilde, ABC, Go West, Imagination, Odyssey, Cutting Crew and Sonia.

Sunday 4th August: Michael Ball.

Saturday 10th August: Ronan Keating, Sadie & the Hotheads, and Joanna Eden.

Sunday 11th August: Katherine Jenkins with special guests, National Symphony Orchestra conducted by Anthony Inglis, and a special guest to be confirmed. Grace Spitfire will open the performance.

Tickets

Tickets are priced at £32 for Sunday, and £35 for Saturday. Under 5's free. Under 18's must be accompanied by adult. To buy tickets, click here.

More info

Doors will open early for concert goers to enjoy the East Park and picnic. There will be ample food and drink stalls as well as a bar and a concert shop.

Accommodation

This event does not have camping but there are a number of hotels, hostels and guest houses in the area.
