Planet Leeds 2010

Planet Leeds is a FREE new event taking place on Sunday 19th September from 11am to 5pm at Briggate, Leeds City Centre.

Planet Leeds is a music and culture festival which will showcase the many diverse musicians who live within the city including The Blonde, Suprada, Last of the Sirens, Songo, Ingi and Jamie, Leeds Young Authors, Kath and the Mighty Menace, Opera North Big Sing, T'Witch and the Woodman, Irish Dancing, Uni4m, The Singh Brothers, Sukbir Kaur, Tantz, Dave Lynch, Nii, Chinese Lion Dance, and Solaris.

The day offers a great opportunity to celebrate the multicultural city. The acts showcased during the day including musicians, dancers, and poets.

Accommodation

This event does not have camping but there are a number of hotels, hostels and guest houses in the area.
