The family friendly Head for the Hills (was previously Ramsbottom Festival) takes place from Friday 15th to Sunday 17th September 2017 at the riverside location of Ramsbottom Cricket Club, Ramsbottom, in Lancashire.
Line-up
The announced acts include headliners Maximo Park, Beth Orton, and The Stranglers, as well as Larkins, Dutch Uncles, Alexis Taylor, Beans on Toast, Neville Staple Band, 3hattrio, Stillia, Satyr Play, Glass Caves, The Eskies, Cassia, False Advertising and many more.

Tickets
Tickets are now on sale, priced at £90 for adults, £40 for teens (14-17), £25 for children (6-13), under 6s go free. A family package for 2 adults and up to 3 children aged 6-13 is available, priced at £176.

The Ramsbottom Festival is a not-for-profit project managed by The Met, an arts charity and performance venue in Bury. As well as all the bands, Rammy has a fun-filled array of festival activities for all ages, expect arts and music workshops, story telling, a real ale tent, food and a silent disco.
Camping
Burrs Country Park, located five miles from the festival site, offers a remote riverside campsite with toilets and water facilities available. Return coaches will run each evening. Weekend camping including car parking is charged at around £40 per tent, with nightly pitches from around £15. Caravans and campervans can stay at Burrs Park caravan site.
There are also a number of hotels, hostels and guest houses in the area.
