Redbridge Green Fair 2007

This year's Redbridge Green Fair is scheduled for Sunday 27th May 2007, and runs from 11.30am to 7.00pm.

The festival takes place every two years and is set in Valentines Park (Melbourne field), Ilford.

The event, now in its 9th year, is based around the local community and is organised by volunteers.

There are three separate music areas: the One World Stage, Youth stage, and Bands stage. There will also be a varied and buzzing stalls area with approximately 120 stalls. There will be campaigning groups, arts and crafts, traders, vegetarian food from around the world, environmental & peace exhibitions and activities, wild and creative children’s area led by local community artists.

There are two main themes to the festival; ‘the environment’ and ‘our community’. It also has a very green ethos, aiming to attract as many environmental groups as possible.
