Offering a variety and range of jazz acts with a balanced programme which relies heavily on British musicians, with the addition of a few international stars. The ninth edition of the festival returns to the newly refurbished Grand Hall.

The dates for 2011 are from Friday 23rd until Sunday 25th September.

Line-up

Friday: Hadouk Trio, Liz Fletcher sings, and 'Orchestre National de Jazz.

Saturday: Kate Williams Quartet featuring Gareth Lockrane, Mark Nightingale Quintet, Gilad Atzmon and the Orient House Ensemble, National Youth Jazz Orchestra (NYJO), Mina Agossi Trio, and Jacque Loussiere Trio.

Sunday: Matt Anderson Quintet, Andreas Varady Quartet, Christine Tobin Quartet, Tommy Evans Orchestra, Alan Barnes and William Ellis.

Tickets

Earlybird weekend tickets are available, a weekend ticket is priced at £60, student tickets are priced at £40. Day, Afternoon and Evening Ticket will be available at a later date. To buy tickets call the box office on 01723 357 869.

Accommodation

This event does not offer camping. As Scarborough is a popular tourist resort, it's wise to book accommodation well in advance.
