The Selector Festival is a new festival held in Krakow, Poland on Friday 5th and Sunday 6th June 2009 and devoted to contemporary electronic music. The festival is the brainchild of Alter Art who are also organizing the Gdynia Open'er Festival.

Apart from the big names the festival will also proramme new, fresh and innovative sounds, and future years are to expanded with more art and multimedia added to proceedings. Although the festival is situated in green fields in the central part of the town, the performances are held as an indoor event in two big concert tents (with space for more than 15,000 people).

A two-day ticket is priced at 200 PLN (around £37), and a day ticket for either the Friday or the Saturday is priced at 135 PLN (around £25). To buy tickets, click here.
