Stompin' on the Quomps 2009

Stompin' on the Quomps, is a FREE al-fresco Smooth Jazz Festival held on Saturday, 1st August 2009 and is based in the surroundings of Christchurch Quay, in Dorset.

The line-up includes Not Just Sax, Lemon Grove, Red Stripe Band, Baddest Blues Band Ever, and Taverners Big Band.

Now in its 15th year, it's a festival that is hugely popular with young families through to octogenarians soaking up the atmosphere and dancing to the sounds of bands ranging from Latin Jazz, Blues, through to the classic sound of the Big Band.

The event starts at noon, and finishes at 10pm.

This is a non-camping event. There are accommodation options in the surrounding area.
