A community arts festival, the 25th Tenby Arts Festival takes place from Saturday 24th September to Saturday 1st October 2016.
Line-up
Saturday 24th: Brass Ensemble,Book Fair, Jack Harris, and Cantemus.
Sunday 25th: Tenby at Dawn with Mark Drinkwater, Festival Church Service, Sandcastle Competition, It’s Where We Go, Madi Stimpson Trio, and Poetry Please.
Monday 26th: John Evans talsk about the history of flying boats, Our Place in Natural History with George Hancock, and Graham Short.
Tuesday 27th: The Banana Lady – Joséphine Baker with Josephine Hammond, and The Shakespeare Ladies Club.
Wednesday 28th: Tenby Heritage Day, Brother David, The Oriel Duo - Lucy Hewson and Imogen Windsor.
Thursday 29th: Watercolour Techniques with Graham Hadlow, Helen Charles, Tenby Male Choir, and Sally Barker.
Friday 30th: Sylvia Plath & Ted Hughes with Robert Smith & Kadie Kanneh-Mason, The Kanneh-Mason family featuring BBC Young Musician of the Year 2016.
Saturday 1st October: Gregynog Young Musician of the Year 2016 Prize Winners’ Concert, Children’s Art Workshop' The Last Bastard with Tristan de Vere Cole, Festival Grand Finale - De Valence
Plus pint sized plays at various venues during the week and more.
Tickets
Season tickets are available priced at £70 for adults and £12 for school children. Some individual events are free and some paid for.
Accommodation
This event does not have camping but there are a number of hotels, hostels and guest houses in the area.
