The first Trip Festival is a new three day family friendly camping weekend of live music, DJ's, theatre, poetry and craft workshops. The event will take place on the North West coast of the Isle of Anglesey at the Carrgewlyd Estate, over the Bank holiday weekend, from Friday 28th until Sunday 30th May 2010.
The music will come from live acts and DJ's, offering Balearic, Disco, Psychedelic and Electronic dance music. The Trip also has a special focus on supporting new, up and coming talent from Wales and the UK. Expect a line-up of Psych-folk, pschedelia, Cosmic rock, Americana, Balearic, Disco and a few surprises in the mix.

Tickets
An adult full weekend ticket is priced at £70, a young person (aged 10 - 16 years)weekend ticket is priced at £30, with children aged 0 - 9 years, able to attend for free. A family 3-day weekend ticket is priced at £180. There are also day tickets available Friday or Saturday adult tickets are priced at £30, and a day ticket for Sunday is £20. Friday or Saturday young person (10 - 16 years) tickets are priced at £20, and a day ticket for Sunday is £10. A live-in vehicle ticket is priced at £20. To buy tickets, click here.Camping
Limited camping spaces are available. The festival will open at 4pm Friday 28th and close 4pm Sunday, with camping opening from 10am on the Friday morning, and festival goers must be offsite by 12pm Monday.Children
Children will have their own area of interactive craft workshops, wood carving, Circus skills, poetry, theatre and storytelling.Food and drink
Food and drink will be sourced from local producers, expect a very Welsh twist!Local area
A short walk offsite is one of Anglesey's popular beaches Church bay, also known as Porth Swtan. Further afield and a short drive over the Menai straits is the Snowdonia National Park.More information will be here when available.
