Returning for a 6th year Tropical Pressure Festival happens on the North Cornish coast at Porthtowan's Mount Pleasant Eco Park from Friday 12th to Sunday 14th July 2019.
Presenting the cultures of Latin America, Africa and the Caribbean through music, art food and dance, expect live music from world artists on two specially built stages, and a chance to take part in numerous free music, dance and craft workshops, relax in the chill-out dome or in the healing huts, and spend the night dancing to world class DJ’s in Fandangos.

Acts include LA-33; Lindigo; Hejira; Kongo Dia Ntotila; Pat Kalla et le Super Mojo; Dowdelin; The Bongo Hop; Royal Sounds; Malphino; and more, with more to be announced.

Tickets are on sale, currently priced as follows:-
adult weekend (inc camping): £120
child (5-15) weekend: £50
infant (5 & under) weekend: free but needs ticket

The event remains 100% Vegetarian, with an impressive array of foods from around the globe to tempt your tastebuds.
As well as main and acoustic stage performances, Tropical Pressure Festival hosts an extensive free daily workshop programme, with sessions for all ages covering African Dance, Tribal crafts, Carnival costume making, Circus Skills, Argentine Tango, Capoiera, Stilt Walking, African Drumming and more. There is plenty for kids, with a dedicated play and craft zone, plus storytelling tent, all open from 10 to 6 every day.
The 42-acre Ecological Park on the north coast of Cornwall is both a World Heritage site and an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
