The Urban Green Fair 2010

The Urban Green Fair takes place on Sunday 5th September 2010 at Brockwell Park, Lambeth, London from 11am until 7pm.

The event is a FREE independent green fair for London, powered by solar and wind energy.

The Urban Green Fair is an annual family event, with films, talks, workshops, kids' activities, stalls, sunshine and unusual bicycles. Over 10,000 people are expected to attend the fair.

There are no acts confirmed yet for 2010.

Educational emphasis

With no bars or big stages the emphasis is on education and communication. A chance to share ideas, meet familiar faces and make new friends. With little government action on peak oil and climate change there is plenty to discuss and lots we can do as individuals.
