The festival featuring music, local crafts and art installations, artisan food, holistic therapy and the opportunity for some matchmaking and mingling makes a return for a 3rd edition.

The Valentia Isle Festival will take place from the evening of Friday 10th until Sunday 12th July 2015 on Valentia Island, Southwest Kerry.

Line-up

The first acts announced are Norman Jay, Jerry Dammers (DJ Set), R.S.A.G, King Kong Company, The Correspondents, Calibre, Young Wonder, Natty Wailer, The Pale, The Frank and Walters, John Blek & The Rats, The Vincents, My Tribe Your Tribe, The Eskies, Hip Neck Blues Collective, and Jet Li.

The line-up is set to have a more exciting mix of music and arts than previous years. There will be more stages and areas to explore around the festival site as the organisers aim to match the island’s unique character with an equally unforgettable experience.

Valentia Isle Festival is set on 3 islands - Temptation Island, Activity Island and Music & Comedy Island and is Europe's only 'music and mingling' festival thanks to Ireland's modern matchmaker Avril Mulcahy a.k.a Miss Singlelista. Avril will be offering any single festival goers who feel like mingling the chance to take part in her power flirting workshops and dating activities across the weekend.

Other activities that the island has to offer include a boat trip to Skelligs, canoeing, cycling, surfing and panoramic walks, visiting the tetrapods, or chill at the healing well & Sub Tropical Gardens.
