Cornwall Folk Festival 2013

The 41st Cornwall Folk Festival takes place over August bank holiday from Friday 23rd to Monday 26th August with lots of live artists, plus workshops and dance sets.

The festival takes place at various venues in Wadebridge and offers street entertainment and friendly atmosphere, real ales in the local bars and a variety of folk styles as well as an array of local bands and Cornish music.

Line-up

The first acts confirmed are patron Wizz Jones, with John Renbourn & Clive Carroll, Silvia Nicolatto, Mike Silver, Dalla, Pete Berryman, Steve Hunt & Neil Davey, Pete Grassby, Tyn Daga, Stompin' Dave Allen, Mike O'Connor & Barbara Griggs, Cosmic Ronnie and the Deep Fried Frogs, Thorn & Roses, Rum & Shrub, The Doxies, Pamela Ward & Paul Cherrington, Exmoor Doo Dah Band, The Grenaways, Cruel Folk, O'Frankels, Laura Fletcher, John Gallagher, Pete Wray & Alistair Brown, Bradders Bluesinger, Doxies, Carmen Hunt, Samba Kernow, and more yet to be announced.

Plus a full weekend of street entertainment, workshops, childrens events, concerts, folk clubs, ceilidhs, cajun dances and free sessions are on offer at various venues around Wadebridge.

Tickets

An early bird special weekend season ticket is prices at £45 (£75 with 3 nights of camping) available up until the 1st June 2013. An Early Bird 'weekend' season ticket includes all festival events over the 4 days, and children's tickets are half price. To buy tickets, click here.
