Willowman Festival is offering eFestivals readers a chance to win a family ticket to this year’s festival worth £160.

Willowman Festival takes place near Thirsk in North Yorkshire over summer solstice weekend (20-23 June 2013). This year’s festival promises to be a great one with headline slots by New Model Army, The Wonder Stuff, Space, and The Orb Sound System all set within a festival that offers so much more than just great music.

Why not come along and try our very own brew, Willow Wobbly, in the Willowman Arms Real Ale Bar, or take the kids to Willow Wonderland to learn circus skills, build dream catchers and try some rainbow slushies and glittery candy floss. You can even relax with a mojito served out of a 1970’s VW cocktail bar.

Other acts taking to the stage at this year’s festival include Sicknote, Radical Dance Faction (RDF), The Men They Couldn't Hang, Pikey Beatz, Syd Arthur, Sarah Gillespie, This Ground Moves, Moon Runners, Thatcher's Bush, Instrument of Jah Sound System, Nucleus Roots, Symphonic Pictures, Collectors Club, Flutatious, Rosie, Driven Serious, Annie Dressner, Little Fire, One Way Street, Your Illuminations, and Purple Mafia.

Gracing the stage in Willowman’s Argonaut Acoustic Area are Biscuithead and the Biscuit Badgers, Hayley Gaftarnick, The Lindsay Tin, Nico Cara, Alex Dobson, Pip Mountjoy, Stefan Melbourne, Mimi O'Malley, Leigh Freda, The Broken Broadcast, and T G Elias, plus others and there will be open mic sessions on Friday and Saturday night.

Early bird tickets are priced at £50 for a full weekend including camping (live in vehicles are £15 per vehicle). Young Persons (aged 12 – 17 years old) weekend ticket is priced at £35. A live in vehicle pass is £15, or £20 for caravans. Children aged under 12 years go free, with car parking and camping also free. Family tickets are also available priced at £160.

Willowman offers a weekend of great music, both old and new, in a family friendly relaxed atmosphere amidst beautiful rolling Yorkshire countryside. What better way is there to spend summer solstice weekend?
