Wizard Festival is a new UK music festival situated in North East Scotland.
Located on a 50 acre site, on Peterheads New Deer Showground, Wizard Festival will incorporate a campervan park and tent campsite, food courts, shopping areas, a fairground, first aid & security village, ample car parking and plenty of portaloos!
The festival will have two stages playing back to back live music on both Friday & Saturday, August 24 & 25. The headliners have been announced as The Undertones and Hayseed Dixie.
Other acts confirmed to play the main 'Voodoo' stage are Sandi Thom, Proud Mary, The Bluetones, Eddie & The Hotrods, Stiltskin, The Cuban Brothers, Nigel Clark, Bombskare, Old Blind Dogs, Union Avenue, The X-Certs and The Macdonald Brothers.
The Banshee supporting stage will feature acts including AB/DC, The Little Kicks, Popup, Soul Funkin Hot, Paddyrasta and Sergeant, Darkwater, Steely Glint, Logan, The Doors Alive, Junkstar, The Law, The Lorelei, Shutter, Amy Sawers, Edgar Prais, Skaramanga, and Rocket Fox.
Our Lunar Activities will also play the festival.
Wizard Festival will also play host to a giant tipi, entertaining up to 100 music lovers with acoustic and reggae sounds as well as debut performances from local bands over the Friday and Saturday.
Tickets are now on sale, costing £55 for the weekend including free camping and car parking, or alternatively £35 for Saturday only tickets.
