Now in it's 8th year, Words And Music Festival is a small festival launched by singer-songwriter Thea Gilmore.

This year it will be taking place from Monday 12th until Sunday 18th October at Nantwich in Cheshire. This is a festival organised by musicians for musicians to come and play it, and for lovers of music attend.

Line-up

The line-up includes The Magic Numbers, Gruff Rhys, Barbara Dickson, Mark Chadwick, The Christians, Frazey Ford, and Thea Gilmore.

The festival will also feature acoustic sessions, fringe events at different venues in the town, and even writing competitions.
