Started in 2013 Yardfest is a 2 stage indoor mini-festival that takes place annually in July at the Courtyard Youth Arts Centre, in Bicester.
The event is organised by a committee of teenagers (with adult support) who directly inform who gets booked. They sell the tickets in local schools and help run the events.
Their work contributes towards National Accreditations for volunteering.
Last happening in 2015, the event always raised funds for charity.
