Suede have confirmed on their website that they'll play the Pyramid Stage on Friday, where we expect them to preview new material.

Idlewild have confirmed on their website that they'll appear on the Friday.

On Xfm's Breakfast show this week, presenter Christian O'Connell has been running a Glastonbury ticket competition, and repeatedly said that Coldplay were appearing ... and Chris Martin presented a show for them last week, so perhaps he'd know! If they return again this year, due to shows elsewhere, it's likely to be on the Saturday.

The Cardigans are playing on the Friday, according to a posting on the message boards of their website by band member Lasse Johansson.

According to their website, Steve Harley And Cockney Rebel make their first return since '97 to play the Acoustic Tent.

Ooberman have posted on their website that they're appearing on the Monday. Now, this is either new entertainment for while we wait in the traffic queues, or they got the date wrong!

Radio 4 - the band, not the radio station - will play the New Bands Tent at 6pm on the Saturday according to their website.

According to their website, Los Lobos will play on the Saturday.

The Croissant Neuf Tent will welcome back Biggles Wartime Band for the fourth time, to play at 1pm on Friday. The Ragin' Cajuns play the same tent at 2:30pm on Saturday.
