Laidback Luke, The Japanese Popstars, Nero, Derrick Carter and many more have just been announced for this summer's Rock Ness.

Added to the Main Stage line-up is Laidback Luke, the Road to Rock Ness headliners, The Japanese Popstars, The Boxer Rebellion, Morning Parade, and The Twilight Sad.

New additions to the Arena line-up include the hottest Dubstep duo of the moment and Beatport heroes Nero, plus Skrillex, Beardyman, Sub Focus, Sons and Daughters, Broken Records, Chapel Club, The Jim Jones Revue, Dog Is Dead, and Sound Of Guns.

Rock Ness have also announced a new arena addition to the festival, the Rock N Roll Circus, a brand new structure showcasing cutting edge emerging artists and when the sun sets it will be transformed into a full on-unadulterated club experience until the early hours.

Acts confirmed for the new arena on Friday include The Sound of Arrows, Saint Saviour, and Worship, the evening takeover will be by indie club phenomenon Propaganda, with DJ Dan.

Saturday the Rock N Roll Circus arena will host Wolf Gang, Emeli Sande, The Good Natured, and Yaaks. In the evening Snafu, seize the reigns with guests Ivan Smagghe, Black Strobe, Jesse Rose, Bigfoot's Tea Party with Christopher Kelly and Redux, and Snafu's Mothership with resident Adam Ackers.

On Sunday it's the turn of Smoke Fairies, Lucy Rose, Pete Roe, and Story Books.

Closing the festival on Sunday is An Audience With The Cuban Brothers. The Rock Ness Legends will be bringing a whole host of famous friends to create their hilarious mix of havoc, mischief and mayhem, more details will be announced soon.

Soma Records celebrate 20 yearsd of their eclectic electronic dance music at Rock Ness over three days on the Arcadia Afterburner. Joining Erol Alkan on the Friday night will be Parisian techno minimalist Paul Ritch bringing his live show, Heidi, and Ewan Pearson.

The Saturday party is to last even longer, with the Afterburner running until 3am and a line-up that includes Pan-Pot, Funk D'Void, Alex Under, Gary Beck, Soma producer Master H, and Glasgow's Harvey McKay.

To close out the weekend's celebrations on Sunday Jamie Jones, Sunday Circus, Andrew Weatherall, and headline act Derrick Carter.

Festival Director, Jim King said, "We think this is a great announcement and shows the strength in depth of this year's line up. Laid Back Luke is one of the most exciting Djs of the last 2 years and its great to welcome him, Nero, Skrillex and Sub Focus to the festival for the first time. Im also particularly excited about some of the new emerging acts like Jamie Woon, Wolfgang and Smoke Fairies who will make the new Rock and Roll Circus a really great addition to the festival."

Rock Ness takes place on the scenic banks of Loch Ness, Scotland on Friday 10th to Sunday 12th June 2011 where Kasabian, The Chemical Brothers, and Paolo Nutini will headline this summer. They are joined on the bill by Glasvegas, The Wombats, Two Door Cinema Club, Groove Armada presents Red Light, DJ Shadow, Mark Ronson (DJ set), The Cribs, Modeselektor, Magda, Jamie XX, Frightened Rabbit, We Are Scientists, Magnetic Man, Example, Lissie, Katy B, Annie Mac, Erol Alkan, Zane Lowe, Brother, Boys Noize, Simian Mobile Disco, Fake Blood, DJ Yoda, Rob da Bank, Howard Marks, and more, with many more still to be announced.
