The Pigeon Detectives, and Fenech-Soler lead the second wave of acts announced for Crooked Ways the one day music festival happening in Pontefract, West Yorkshire.

Also confirmed for the event which will feature renowned acts, as well as up and coming acts from around the UK are Yashin, The LaFontaines, China Rats, Jim Lockey & The Solemn Sun, and Middleman.

These acts join The Enemy, Grandmaster Flash, Peter Hook, The Dot, Mallory Knox, Dinosaur Pileup, Rolo Tomassi, The Defiled, Gallops, and Sam Forrest to play across four stages including the Crooked Ways Presents stage which will feature the best in local talent only from Yorkshire

Now in it's second year Crooked Ways is an independent music festival, named in homage to an early 20th Century book which satirises life in Pontefract. The festival is expecting 14,000 visitors through its gates and will be held in Pontefract Park in the shadow of the town's famous racecourse on Saturday 1st June 2013.
