Jamie Cullum, Soul II Soul, Lemar, Wilko Johnson, The Beat, Port Isla, and The Lottery Winners have been announced for the first night of the 13th annual Cornbury Music Festival held on The Great Tew Estate, Chipping Norton, in Oxfordshire from Friday 8th until Sunday 10th July 2016 with the campsite opening on Thursday and closing on Monday.

Promoter Hugh Phillimore said, "Spookily we've got our best three day festival line-up for our 13th year, and it's a huge relief to be able to get at least one day off my chest!"

This is the first year Cornbury features a full day Friday line-up, with the arena opening at 9am and artists performing from 11am.

They are the first acts announced, more names will be announced in the New Year.

In addition to the music, expect the festival to offer a variety of attractions including a fairground, many morris dance pageants, children's theatre workshops, theatre workshops, arts and crafts, speciality shops, novelty acts and upmarket catering offering everything from champagne and cappuccinos to real ale.

Today organisers have also announced they are offering up to 50% early bird discounts on day tickets for 13 days only. Friday early bird tickets are priced at £50 for an adult, £5 for a child.

Young Person’s Weekend (aged 13-16): £85 / with camping £115
Child Weekend (aged 3-12): £30 /with camping £35
Over 70s Weekend: £85 / with camping £115
