Arcane Festival returns for it's 3rd year to Oxfordshire on Friday 31st July until Sunday 2nd August.
The Main Stage line-up features A Silent Film, Mephisto Grande, The Goggenheim, Joe Allen Band, Tristan & the Troubadours, Motion in Colour, Reload The Radio, Death of a Small Town, PLU, and The Shakellers.
Queen of Clubs Stage offers cabaret & dancing as seen monthly at the Isis Tavern, and includes acts such as Eclipse Arts - UV puppet show, Anton Barbeau, Horns of Plenty (Oxford's street band), Scarlett in the Wilderness, The New Moon, Mondesir Ivy's Itch, Hugh Blaza, Maria Ilett, with more acts to be confirmed, and comedy, poetry and an open mic.
The Square One line-up offers Hard Dance, Hard House, Hardcore, and more with a line-up that includes DJ SY, DJ Fear (ft, Kathy Blockley Live), Sam Eeles, Matt Storm, DJ Cruze, Matt JB, B-ill, and MCs: Gsus, Brookzy, Ballzee.
The Pure Alchemy Stage offers Dubstep, Breaks, House, D'n'B with acts including H0rus, SOV, DJ Kyte, Micky Ry, and AN-DJ.
Plus: Lucid (Formerly Baraka Records), Earthmonkey, ZZBing, Krusada, Nervous Interface, and The Phonographist.
Early bird weekend tickets are priced at £25 if bought before Sunday 31st May, thereafter £27.50, and £30 on the door. A youth (ages 10 - 17) ticket is priced at £15, and children aged 9 and under can go for free. The festival also offers a fully licensed bar, on site camping, food stalls, a greener arena, fete, local artists, the halfcut art graffiti wall, comedy, art from scrap, jugglers, spinners etc, and more.
The festival hopes to raise money for Farms For City Children. A small, little known charity which runs residential workshops for inner-city kids to teach them about the environment and sustainability. They rely on public support to continue to make a difference to children's lives and their perception of the world.
