Blues in the City Festival

Since 2011 Blues in the City Festival has happened annually in Chelmsford, Essex, organisers make no money from the festival all of the profit goes to charity no one is paid for working with the festival the only people paid are the musicians who all reduce their rates to play and help raise money for good causes.
