Hull Folk Festival celebrates folk culture, its traditional values and varied styles, with a three day event from Friday 12th to Sunday 14th September covering Hull Marina, Victoria Pier, Humber Street and the Old Fruit Market areas.

Friday: Martin Simpson & The Young ‘Uns.
Saturday: The Ant Farm Collective, The Dyr Sister, Mighty and the Moon, Jim Eldon, Celtarabia, Me and my Shadow, Hughie Jones (Spinners), Sail Pattern, Beggar’s Bridge, The Hut People, Hillbilly Troupe, Tenfoot Ukes , Psychedelic Skiffle , Dicky Deegan, Work In Progress, Pete McConville, Hull Folk Festival Shanty Choir, Monkeys Fist, Joe Solo, Folkus Band, Jody McKenna, Horse Guards Parade, Street Urchin, Jim Radford, Liam Robinson, Paula Ryan, Spare Hands.

Across multiple venues around the Hull Marina, both indoor and outdoor stages will be filled with the sounds of folk music, and a chance to join in with traditional folk dancing, swing around the Maypole and try instrument making and songwriting. There will be an array of live folk sessions in the pubs, a main stage, a busker trail, an open mic warehouse for Hull's up and coming talent and ticketed events on the evenings, across both days.

This event does not have camping but there are a number of hotels, hostels and guest houses in the area.
