The 'motel'
Festival goers are also given the opportunity to take part in Motel Mozaïque's Sleeping Project which sees remarkable locations within the city converted into a real motel, where guests can enjoy a night's rest plus breakfast. Past locations include a church, tree huts, shop windows, a construction site and for last year, the roof of a national monument. Artist collectives handle breakfast - last year 200 people had a huge breakfast in the middle of Rotterdam's largest shopping street and appropriate entertainment: a lullaby to send you to sleep or a wake-up call from people in candyfloss balls, ready for you to take a bite from.
Tickets for the sleeping project are not available yet. Tickets will be sold shortly after this year’s sleeping project (by artist and performer Yvonne Beelen) will be announced.
On site
