The 4th Rockfield Country Music Festival is an all ages event which takes place on Perthyre Farm, Rockfield, Monmouth, Wales, and takes place from Thursday 4th to Sunday 7th June 2014.

As well as great music, the Rockfield country music festival also provides much Wild West entertainment for all the family. A majority of the attendees are country music enthusiasts and wear western dress much of the time - especially in the evenings when there are western dress themes, such as Native American, Gamblers, Saloon Girls, Mexican.

Early bird tickets are priced at £35 for adults, and £10 for children (aged 10-16 years) for all four days. Day tickets are available priced at £12 for adults and £5 for children. Children aged under 10 can attend for free. There is plenty of free parking and free camping for all ticket holders.

Other entertainment

Other entertainment includes birds of prey show, Native Indian dancers, Pepper's country disco, raffle prizes, licensed bar, food stalls, and a hog roast.

The Lawmen wild west show which re-enacts gunfights and bar brawls from the Wild West, plus line dancing lessons, a bucking bronco machine, horseshoe throwing, the Lamb National, and a fast draw contest.

As many as twenty trade stands will be selling authentic American cowboy hats, boots, belts, crinoline dresses and other western wear, which is usually worn by a majority of the attendees at the event, making for an amazing 'American frontier' atmosphere.

Western dress

Western dress is encouraged and is usually worn by a vast majority of the attendees. There is also the nightly prize for the best dressed.
