The 16th Saltaire Festival takes place from Friday 7th until Sunday 16th September. It's a community event offering music and more with street entertainment, stalls, displays, shows, and a carnival.
Line-up
The full festival programme includes children's activities (storytelling, entertainers, magicians, & more), exhibitions and shows, a beer festival, pop-up events within houses, music, local history tours, open gardens, sculpture trails, tours, poetry & spoken word, comedy, arts & crafts, dance, film, theatre, and more, with many events free but also some ticketed paid-for shows.
The announced music shows are as follows:
Saturday 15th September
Trenchtown UK, Fling, Dr Bob and the Bluesmakers, Murston Bapchild and the Braxton Hicks, Rubber Kazoo, Pine Top Trio (FREE, Roberts Park, from midday)
Sunday 16th September
Howlin’ Ric and the Rocketeers, Motus, The 309s, The Wolves, Punjabi Roots Academy (FREE, Roberts Park, from midday).
Tickets
Some events will have tickets available online before the festival, many will only be available on the door or are free. Once shows are announced we'll have links for ticketed events.

The main part of the festival takes place in the final weekend when there's a beer festival, continental street market, craft fair, bands on the Piazza Stage, and more.
