The third day long Shout It Loud Festival, is held on Saturday 13th October 2012 at RWE Arena in Mülheim, in Germany and features sleaze rock, glam and melodic metal.

The festival is organised by VPZ Events in Cooperation wirth Rock Road Entertainment. A ticket enables access to either the arena satin or the floor space in front of the stage at the sports hall.
