The biennial family-friendly Traquair Fair is held in the grounds of Scotland's oldest inhabited home Traquair House, Innerleithen in the Scottish Borders, and takes place on Saturday 27th & Sunday 28th July 2013.
Traquair Fair is back in 2013 with a sensational 'Sixties' theme that will feature the music, film, fashion and culture of that extraordinary decade.

Traquair Fair 2013 Adult weekend ticket including car parking, 3 nights camping and all entertainment in the Fair is priced at £46. Child-Concession weekend ticket is priced at £35. Adult day tickets are priced at £19, Child/Conc day tickets are priced at £13 and Family day tickets are priced at £46, children under 5 are free (and get a free balloon). The Traquair Fair attracts over 5,000 visitors each year with its mix of visual arts, outdoor theatre, arts and crafts workshops, children's entertainment, traditional and world music, a vibrant crafts market and food and drink from around the world. For 2011, the organizers have added a new family Glamp Site in the grounds comprising ten luxury yurt tents to provide a more glamorous, family-friendly alternative to the attraction's traditional camping facilities.For the first time the Fair will feature a pop up cinema in Traquair House where there will be a screening of 'Tamlin', a feature film located at Traquair in 1968 with Ava Gardner, Joanna Lumley, Ian McShane and others as well as other 60's films from the archives.
A new enlarged Children's Area situated by the Maze will have a space theme with rocket launches, a man from the moon and storytellers reading from some of the children's classics from the 1960's.
There will also be outdoor street theatre, weird and wonderful walkabout acts as well as Craft Stalls, Workshops, Complementary Therapies and demonstrations.
World and local food producers will be selling and exhibiting in the Old Walled Garden as well as Traquair's own Traquair Fair Ale brewed exclusively for the weekend.
A fashion show and photography exhibition are also planned in the house exhibiting some of the fashion coming out of Scottish Borders' at this time.
No Dogs allowed on site.
