The biennial family-friendly Traquair Fair is held in the grounds of Scotland's oldest inhabited home Traquair House, Innerleithen in the Scottish Borders, and takes place on Saturday 1st & Sunday 2nd August 2015.
Line-up
The Chaplins, Kathy Stewart and the Frequent Flyers, The Rising Souls, Got Soul, Curtis Eller's American Circus, Brooks Williams, The Blueswater, Danny Allan - Elvis Tribute, Dean Owens and the Whisky Hearts, Traquair Choir, and Vroni.
Tickets
Adult weekend ticket including car parking, 3 nights camping and all entertainment in the Fair is priced at £46. Child-Concession weekend ticket is priced at £35. Adult day tickets are priced at £19, Child/Conc day tickets are priced at £13 and Family day tickets are priced at £45, children under 5 are free.
Theme
Traquair Fair will be returning in 2015 with an Americana theme. With a great line up of Music including Country, Bluegrass, Folk and Roots as well as workshops in Jive Dance and Line Dancing the Fair will be jumpin’ and jivin’ through the day.
Wild West Entertainments, street theatre and shows will take place in front of the house while by the Maze the Children’s Area promises to be a mix of theatre, workshops and activities with an American theme.
A grand display of classic American cars and bikes will be on show and enthusiasts invited to bring their vehicles along.
In the house, there will be live showings of classic American movies throughout the weekend from James Dean to Classic Westerns.
On the avenue and in the garden there will be Teepees and therapies, Food, Crafts, Vintage Clothing and Accessories.

The Traquair Fair attracts over 5,000 visitors each year with its mix of visual arts, outdoor theatre, arts and crafts workshops, children's entertainment, traditional and world music, a vibrant crafts market and food and drink from around the world.
World and local food producers will be selling and exhibiting in the Old Walled Garden as well as Traquair's own Traquair Fair Ale brewed exclusively for the weekend.
No Dogs allowed on site.
