Village Pump Folk Festival 2013

Offering fun for all types, and ages the Village Pump Folk Festival is held beneath the Westbury White Horse and will celebrate the best in Folk, Roots and Acoustic music, taking place from Friday 26th until Sunday 28th July 2013, at the White Horse Country Park, in Wiltshire.

Line-up

The latest additions are Steeleye Span, Tannahill Weavers, The Proclaimers, The Phil Beer Band, Brent Mason, Jenna Witts, Kate Rusby, Kathryn Roberts & Sean Lakeman, Keith Christmas, Little Johnny England, and Billy In The Lowground.

They join Steve Knightly & Friends, Eric Bibb, Coope Boyes and Simpson, The Nic Jones Trio, The Roving Crows, Hungrytown, Phillip Henry and Hannah Martin, Megson and Fearne. More to be announced. For the line-up details as available please click here.

Tickets

The early bird offer has ended. Tickets priced at £110. Tickets for 10-17 years olds are half price, under 10s free of charge. This includes free camping.

Entertainment

Expect children's entertainment, comedy, workshops, beer, trade stalls selling food, and informal sessions.

There will be two main stages. The first is a large marquee hosting established folk acts and the second which is housed within the country club and will be staging ceilidhs, up and coming acts and acts that suit a more intimate atmosphere. As well as these two main stages there will be a number of smaller sessions and family orientated tents as well as trade stands and bars.

Camping

Camping will be on a large, flat camping field which will allow festival goers on site from Thursday 25th July. The campsite will be a short walk from the main arena, but if you would prefer not to walk, there will be a shuttle bus running every day.

Parking

The parking is near the campsite.

Trowbridge connection

This event follows the succesful reborn Village Pump Folk festival which took place in 2012.
