Pendulum have been confirmed as another of Friday night's headliners at this summer's Rock Ness as a Scottish festival exclusive.
Also confirmed today for the Rock Ness line-up is the 'Baron of Techno' Dave Clarke.
Commenting on the announcements, Festival Director Jim King said "This is an important announcement for the festival. Pendulum have been a hugely impressive band over the last year, their new album is amazing and looks set to take them even higher. Theres now no better reason to get to Loch Ness on the Friday than simply to check out their new live show in the Clash Arena. Nothing more can be said about Dave Clarke other than he is the master. His sets are legendary and Sunday is going to finish with one hell of a bang."
They join the line-up of The Strokes, Fatboy Slim, Leftfield, Doves, Vampire Weekend, Ian Brown, Booka Shade, The Bloody Beetroots, Vitalic, Aeroplane, Plan B, Dan Le Sac Vs Scroobius Pip, The Cuban Brothers, Dub Pistols, The Japanese Popstars, Hadouken!, 2manydjs, Soulwax, Friendly Fires, Chase & Status, Boys Noize, Club 75 (featuring Xavier de Rosnay, DJ Mehdi, and Busy P), Annie Mac, Rob da Bank, Suspire, and Lost In Audio are the first acts to be announced, with many more names still to be added.
The three-day long Rock Ness offers an eclectic selection of bands in a beautiful location on the banks of Loch Ness near Inverness, in Scotland from Friday 11th to Sunday 13th June.
Non camping tickets are priced as follows: £60 for day ticket (Friday £55), £110 for 2 day (Sat + Sun) non camping ticket, or £135 for 3 day non camping ticket.
