Llangollen International Musical Eisteddfod has run every summer since 1947. Each year around 4,000 performers converge on Llangollen a small Welsh town to sing and dance in a unique combination of music, dance and international peace and friendship.
The 69th Eisteddfod will take place from Tuesday 7th until Sunday 12th July 2015 at the Royal International Pavilion in Llangollen.
Line-up
Six days of music and folk dance from all over the world in one place! More than 4,000 competitors, from over 50 countries will take part. The first acts confirmed are Burt Bacharach, The Heart of Llangollen with music and dance from the best of the Eisteddfod’s international competitors, Procession of Nations, the annual International Message of Peace, The Sounds of South America, Catrin Finch, Alfie Boe, Sophie Evans, Amy Dickson, Jonathan Antoine, Rufus Wainwright, and the Choir of the World with Gareth Malone.

Accommodation
This event does not have camping but there are a number of hotels, hostels and guest houses in the area.
