Penkhull in Stoke-upon-Trent, Staffordshire holds the FREE Penkhull Jazz and Blues Festival each year since 2009. The music takes place in the public houses in the area all offering free admission.
In 2013 organisers announced they would be taking a year out, to work on raising funds for the next year.
