Uckfield

Uckfield is held in East Sussex, between London and Eastbourne on the A22, and runs for ten day days offering classical, folk,blues, reggae, and ska as well as markets, dance and drama, and family days out.

Started as a millennium project in the year 2000. Every penny received for tickets, the price of which is kept as low as possible, goes back into the pot to keep the Festival going. The Festival is now a major Sussex event and a highlight of Uckfield's cultural year. It has been at the heart of all new artistic developments in Uckfield, and has given rise to the Uckfield Film Society, Spiritus Arts, Spiritus Stilts, The Jam Project (for young rock musicians), and Jam drummers.
